Tasting note
Deep ruby red, fine scent of wild berries, scrub and violets. On the palate, the wine is very balanced, with an endearing personality. The aftertaste is long, fruity and accompanied by a smooth tannin structure.

Vinification
A wonderful Valais specialty. The grapes are harvested by hand. The wine is fermented and aged in steel tanks to underline the maximum aromas.
