Tasting note
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Very fine and long-lasting perlage. Lots of fruit with spicy notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, dessert and then at the bar.
Vinification
The grapes picked by hand are carefully selected before being gently pressed. The still wine spends six months in tanks before bottle fermentation. This is followed by 8 years of “sur lattes” (hence the name “Gran Reserva”).
