Tasting note
The vines are between 50 and 80 years old. Chamomile, almonds, lime blossom, honey, fresh herbal notes. The palate is straight, fresh, compact, youthful contours and with a mineral, slightly bitter finish. An excellent white dining companion.

Goes well with shellfish, poultry, sushi, grilled fish
Vinification
Aged for 12 months in used French barriques and in concrete tanks.
