Vinification
Rosario Vera's vineyards consist of small plots that were planted 15 to 60 years ago. The calcareous clay soils, the climate and the altitude are an ideal place to grow grapevines and obtain high-quality grapes. Harvested and selected by hand, aged for 5 months in French barriques.
