Tasting note
Bright yellow with golden shimmer in the glass. The nose shows notes of white flowers, peach and apricot, as well as Williams pear and candied lemon. On the palate, mainly stone fruit and a touch of honey. This champagne is characterised by a great combination of freshness, fruit and elegance with a fine mousse.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, Asian dishes, fish, veal, seafood, sushi
Vinification
Preventing lactic acid fermentation. The aim is not to produce winy champagnes, but to express freshness, fruit and elegance. Reserve wines produced in the solera system (base year is 2005). Storage on the fine yeast of the Brut for at least 42 months. The dosage is 8 g/L.
