About the wine
With the fine Historical XIX Century Palmer V.D.P. wooden box from 2014, you will positively surprise your guests. The winemaker from the French winery Château Palmer greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Bordeaux countryside.

Tasting note
On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruits such as cassis and blackberries develop, accompanied by spicy notes and a hint of tar. On the palate, it shows immense vibration and tension, with a harmonious balance between fruit and fine-grained tannins, an elegant structure and a long, persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meats, game dishes and aged cheeses.
Vinification
After selective manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
