Tasting note
Rich dark red. Dark-berry and still youthfully fresh in the bouquet, supplemented with some floral scent. Fresh on the palate with good acidity with a fine but distinct tannin structure and again lots of dark fruit and some caramel notes. Balanced red wine for many occasions.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat dishes, pasta, hard cheeses, appetizers.
Vinification
Mash fermentation in steel tanks, 20 months in new oak barrels on fine yeast.
