The winemaker from the Italian winery Pasqua has absolutely mastered his craft. Tasting note
A new icon has been born, the “Hey French”, an assemblage of four excellent vintages (2013, 2015, 2016, 2017). The basis was the autochthonous grape variety Garganega supplemented with Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc. This wine proves the great potential of the local Garganega grape variety. The “Hey French” is a great and exciting “Superbianco”. The eye-catching etiquette was created by well-known French artist CB Hoyo. Inspired by the well-known wine region of Burgundy, “HEY FRENCH - YOU COULD HAVE MADE THIS BUT YOU DIDN'T' was created.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Hey French – you could have made this but you didn‘t, wooden box goes well with white meat, fish and mussels. Our recommendation: Drink this white wine at slightly chilled 10°-12°C.
Vinification
After vinification, part of the wine matures in oak barrels for 6 months. The aging process is then continued in stainless steel tanks.
