Tasting note
The grapes for the Cuvée Héritage come from the Grand Cru municipalities of Bouzy and Ambonnay, the 1er Cru municipality of Grauves and from Loches sur Ource, consisting of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Aged without BSA in steel tanks, with around 40% reserve wines stored in barriques. Flattering nose with aromas of red fruits, nectarines and some honeydew melon, surrounded by floral scents and fine brioche notes. On the palate with a fine texture, flattering with a nice drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
A great champagne as an aperitif combined with light dishes, such as a fluffy quiche, salmon tartare or a vitello tonnato.
