Color: copper gold. Aroma: Honeysuckle and jasmine aromas give way to dark berries and subtle spicy notes. Taste: A graceful, silky texture results in a persistent finish, with aromas of honey, dried rose petals and truffles as well as fine traces of cinnamon, cardamom and canned fruit.
Tasting note
The eaux-de-vie from which Hennessy Paradis is created are elegant and smooth and have floral notes. During the long aging period, the oak barrels transfer their character and the precise blend of around 100 selected eaux-de-vie makes for a sensual and elegant cognac of incomparable finesse and spectacular intensity.
Vinification
The Hennessy Paradis, created in 1979, is named after the founder's cellar of Hennessy, which stores the finest, rarest and oldest eaux-de-vie. A cognac of tremendous depth and elegance. This cognac is made from 100 eaux-de-vie aged for up to 130 years. Thanks to masterful selection and assemblage, it stands for harmony, finesse and maturity. A breathtaking decanter designed by Italian designer Ferruccio Laviani also visually highlights the cognac.
