The eleven different herbal ingredients include highly aromatic coriander seeds, invigorating ginger, lemon and sage, which are purchased from Eastern Europe and Morocco. Juniper berries from Italy impart an exotic, spicy and bittersweet flavor. The mo-shot-like, sweet angelica root is imported from France and Belgium. Lemon peel, chamomile, cube berries, orange peel, holunder flowers, meadowsweet and caraway seeds are also among the eleven vegetable ingredients. Two unusual, excellent ingredients are then added very carefully in small quantities of the spirit. The first is a trace of rose, which is obtained by gently squeezing the oil out of the flower leaves. This is followed by the cucumber essence as the icing on the cake, which is made by mashing the fresh fruit and then mixing it with water.
