About the wine
Helveticus brut is a 100% Swiss sparkling wine, as it is made in Geneva from Chardonnay in the region. After pressing, the first fermentation takes place according to the same process as for a still wine. The bubbles are later formed naturally during the second fermentation. Tasting note
Bright yellow with a golden sheen, delicate and persistent bubbles. Delicate and floral with notes of almond; fresh and supple. Nice sustainability.
Culinary recommendation
A celebration - and aperitif wine. It goes well with fine dishes such as smoked salmon or duck foie gras, but also with desserts. It goes wonderfully with smoked salmon, oysters and meat.
