Tasting note
The Heideboden weiss's playful scent spectrum of fruit compote, spices and tobacco cleverly plays with your sense of smell. Subsequently, distinctive nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper will resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. Strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity white wine, which harmoniously shows a lot of character and class with fine tannins in the mouth.

Vinification
Information on vinification: Grapes are picked by hand, selctioned. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The further expansion takes place in stainless steel tanks for approx. 4 months.
