Das erfrischende Duftspektrum des Heideboden weiss Burgenland von Passionsfrucht, Pfirsich und Mandel spielt virtuos mit Ihrem Geruchssinn. Anschliessend überzeugen fruchtige Nuancen von Zitrone, Limette und Apfel entschlossen und bewusst Ihre Geschmackssinne. Ein fruchtiger Weisswein mit schlankem Körper und dominanter Säure, welcher auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine komplexe Struktur entfaltet.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish and poultry, grilled meats, asparagus dishes, or a Wiener Schnitzel.
Vinification
Ein paar Worte zur Vinifikation: Temperaturkontrollierte Gärung. 9 Monate auf der Feinhefe gelagert. Reifung in neuen und gebrauchten Barriquefässern.
