Tasting note
A cuvée of 50% Welschriesling and 50% Sämling 88 (better known as Scheurebe). Wonderful aromas of peach, lychee and ripe pineapple, spicy with notes of lemon zest, light nougat and a hint of white pepper. The enormous sweetness is wonderfully balanced by a well-supporting acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful accompaniment (not only) to Austrian pastries and fruit desserts, such as apricot dumplings, but also to foie gras or spicy fine cheese.
