Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections. Ripe blackberries on the nose, hints of plums and elderberries, delicate floral nuances, subtle tobacco notes. Juicy and elegant on the palate, fruity sweetness, fine tannin, looks already accessible, fine nougat on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with all types of dark meats, but especially deer.
