About the wine
The famous Swiss wine critic Chandra Kurt wants to make old Swiss grape varieties better known. That's why she launched the Chandra Kurt Collection with the Provins cooperative. Heida? Exactly! It's a Valais white wine grape. In Valais German, “Heida” means “originally” or “in pagan times.”

Tasting note
This bright yellow wine is fruity and long-lasting. Scents of apple, pear and melon rise to the nose, along with some peach and orange. The palate is slightly sparkling, the wonderfully harmonious, full-bodied, soft structure supports the elegant fruit, and a long finish rounds off the wine enjoyment.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled or fried fish.
Vinification
Traditional winemaking in stainless steel tanks, aging on fine yeast.
