Tasting note
Bright red Intense, varietal, pinot noir nose, complex. Aromas of dried flowers, fresh hay, honey pollen, dried apricots, fresh raisins and some smoke. Wonderfully fresh and aromatic on the palate, with nice minerality.
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with summery meat or grilled vegetables.
