Tasting note
Light golden yellow. Extremely complex, spicy nose, citrus fruits, stone fruit, sesame. Unfolds with a little air. Elegant and fresh on the palate, with long-lasting minerality that carries the aroma.
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with poultry, fried fish, asparagus, mushroom dishes or mild soft cheese. Also ideal for vegetarian cuisine with butter or cream.
