About the wine
HARU Minami Rosado by Casa Rojo is a fresh, easygoing rosé blend of Syrah, Monastrell, and Garnacha. Vibrant and juicy, it’s made for laid-back moments and good company. Plus, it’s organic, making every sip feel just a little bit better.
Tasting note
Harù means spring in Japanese. It shows an unusual pink color with bluish edges. With its aromas on the nose, Harù is strongly reminiscent of the classic Spanish rosés of the 80s: raspberry jam and lots of strawberry caramel, fresh, intense, with a long and balsamic finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Mediterranean starters, grilled vegetables, spicy seafood or Asian-inspired dishes with pork or poultry. It is also a refreshing accompaniment to fresh salmon or vegetarian cuisine. Ideal as an aperitif on warm days.
