Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny Languedoc-Roussillon countryside. Tasting note
Halllelujah 2020 shows a deep ruby red. On the nose, aromas of ripe mountain cherries, raspberry tart and red plums develop, accompanied by bitter chocolate, subtle tobacco notes, garrigues herbs and distinctive mineral spices. On the palate, it is extremely elegant with velvety tannins and endless melting. The aromas are confirmed, red-fruity, with distinct terroir notes, paired with Mediterranean herbs and organic minerality. The aftertaste is long, smooth, persistent and very complex.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with meat dishes such as roast, duck and lamb as well as with aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes come from 30-100 year old vines that grow on calcareous soil with a thin layer of clay. The aging takes place over 24 months in used and new barriques.
