Tasting note
Dark garnet red. On the nose, fine black and red berries, as well as exotic spices, floral notes and a profound minerality. Juicy on the palate, with a perfectly defined structure. An absolute top wine and already a cult wine from Ribera del Duero. Excellent storage potential.
Culinary recommendation
Fine cuts of meat, game, grilled food
Vinification
Hand harvesting and careful selection. The grapes are destemmed and squeezed and then spontaneously fermented at 28-32 degrees. The subsequent maceration period is 26 days. The malolactic conversion takes place in new French oak barrels. Finally, the wine is aged in barriques for 28 months and in the bottle for at least a further 12 months.
