About the wine
A complex red wine with aromas of dark berries, fine spicy notes and elegant oak wood embossing. Powerful, balanced and with a long, mineral aftertaste. A wine full of character with aging potential.

Tasting note
Impenetrable purple. On the nose, black berries, plums, subtle licorice and roasted notes and profound minerality. On the palate, it has a serious structure and wonderfully juicy fruit. Perfectly balanced acidity and compact tannin structure. He drinks well now in his youth, but he also has great potential to ripen in a bottle.

Goes well with stews, fine cuts of meat, mushrooms.
Vinification
Vinified in steel tanks and wooden barrels, then aged for 16 months in 40% new French barriques.
