About the wine
Bodegas Habla is located not far from the city of Trujillo in the wine-growing region of Extremadura. The owner Tirado family recognized the great potential of the soils and acquired the 200 hectares of land at the beginning of the 90s. Shortly after, the most modern winery in the region was created, which is still unparalleled today. Habla's philosophy is based on uncompromising quality and originality.

Tasting note
In a light straw yellow with golden reflections, it shows a variety of aromas of peach, mango and apricot in the glass. Fresh on the palate with mild creaminess and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with fish dishes, seafood, goat cheese, Asian-inspired dishes, summer salads or as a fresh aperitif. Also very delicious with light pasta with vegetables or shrimps.
Vinification
Cool temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve the freshness and aromatic intensity of the grape variety. Also aged in stainless steel tanks on fine yeast to refine the texture — completely without the influence of wood for a clear, fruity style.
