About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian Weingut Zantho conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Treat yourself to the senses with the delicious Gruner Veltliner from 2017!

Tasting note
The glass shows Grüner Veltliner in brilliant white gold with green reflections. On the nose, it seduces us with spicy fresh stone fruit aromas and fine minerality. On the palate, we have a deep aroma of yellow apples with a citrus scent and refreshing acidity. The ideal summer wine with a relatively low alcohol content.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, light dishes, mild cheese, seafood, poultry, veal, aperitif, vegetables, beef.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18—20 °C. The wine is then aged in steel tanks on fine yeast for a further four months.
