Color: Medium green yellow. Aroma: Ripe yellow apple, finely spicy, delicately scented of anise, fresh meadow herbs, inviting fruit. Character: Juicy and elegant on the palate with extract sweetness and mango notes. Fine lively acid, salty-mineral, long finish A wine rich in finesse with good aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, fish, asparagus and chicken dishes.
