Tasting note
Fresh, expressive on the nose, with aromas of pear, apple, pineapple, white peach, grapefruit, subtle blossom honey, ginger and some light tobacco. Juicy, fresh, close-meshed on the palate, with notes of yellow stone fruit, again pear, lemon zest and a slightly salty minerality on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti, cold cuts, grilled fish, sushi.
