Tasting note
In addition to an abundance of yellow fruits, it has slightly smoky spicy notes on the nose and fine aromas of herbs and pepper. A complex Grüner Veltliner with strength and concentration, but also with finesse and elegance that stays on the palate for a long time.

Vinification
Vinification in large wooden barrels. Storage on full yeast and partly on fine yeast.
