Vinification
This Grüner Veltliner grows on the Laaerberg in Vienna's southeasternmost wine-growing region. Influenced by the mild climate between the Leitha Mountains and the thermal region, the grapes reach particular maturity. Acidity 5.9 g/l; dry extract 18.8 g/l.
