Tasting note
Yellow apple fruit with fresh herbal seasoning, mineral touch. Juicy, good complexity and fruit sweetness, yellow tropical fruit, tender like pineapple, sticks well, a versatile, delicately spicy food companion.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal, baked chicken and Wiener Schnitzel, but is also an excellent accompaniment to Asian cuisine.
Vinification
The expansion took place in a steel tank.
