Tasting note
The most famous type of white wine from Austria. Bright yellow in the glass. On the nose, Leo Hillinger's Grüner Veltliner unfolds with exotic fruit notes, surrounded by the typical spice of white pepper. Light and fresh in taste, it is an ideal accompaniment to salads or simply as a snack.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Ageing for 3 months on fine yeast, then 2 months in tank storage.
