Tasting note
This dense, complex and at the same time fine-meshed Grüner Veltliner comes from vines that are around 150 years old with roots. The nose features aromas of stone fruit, clementines and papaya, spiced with notes of lemon balm and candied ginger. On the palate, with an elegant acid arc reminiscent of apple fruit and subtle saltiness on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
As a sophisticated aperitif wine, or with various starters, such as pumpkin soup with curry, beetroot salad with fresh goat cheese or smoked trout. Also with various fish and poultry dishes.
