Tasting note
Light greenish yellow. Spicy Valtellina nose, ripe apple fruit, delicate herbal aromas and a bit exotic, underscored with citrus aromas. Juicy, elegant texture, fine extract sweetness, lively acid structure, delicate citrus fruit in the aftertaste, ripe pear and apple fruit and white pepper on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal, risotto, freshwater fish, rabbits, hard cheeses.
Vinification
50% aged in new 1000 l barrels and 50% in new barriques and stored for 12 months
