Tasting note
A mix of green fruit (gooseberry), soft fruits (white currant) and notes reminiscent of ice cream candy, green asparagus and roses is revealed in the nose. The nose is very expressive and sets the direction. The fresh, fruity structure prevails on the palate and lasts until the long, crunchy finish, which is very straight and consistent.
