Tasting note
Shows a wonderfully pointed varietal typicity with aromas of peach, orange zest, some quince and applesauce, spicy, fresh, with subtle floral tones and the flint notes typical of this location. Delicate, juicy on the palate, with elegant fruit and mineral-salty touch, multi-faceted, long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also with various starters and (freshwater) fish.
