Tasting note
Light golden yellow. On the nose, aromas of juicy, yellow apple and ripe, yellow ringlotte develop, accompanied by spicy, almost peppery notes. There are also subtle floral accents and a fine herbal spice, which give the bouquet additional depth. On the palate, the wine is extremely lively and fresh. The clear but well-integrated acidity gives the wine structure and elegance. Remarkable length.
Culinary recommendation
This Grüner Veltliner is ideal as an accompaniment to light starters, fish dishes and white meat. Its freshness and minerality go particularly well with Asian cuisine.
