This Grüner Veltliner from Leithaberg reflects the characteristics of its origins with impressive precision. Grown on lethakalk with clay and fine sand deposits, it thrives under organic-biological management and careful handwork — including gentle pruning and organic compost.

Vinification
In the cellar, the focus is on naturalness and structure: After a short maceration period of 2—3 hours, fermentation takes place spontaneously — one third in a concrete egg, two thirds in a stainless steel tank. Four months of aging on fine yeast give it additional depth.
