About the wine
Finely fruity Grüner Veltliner with elegant aromas and typical spices. The wine comes from a small organic Christoph Edelbauer winery in Langenlois and impresses with its freshness and clarity. Available exclusively at Flaschenpost.

Tasting note
Shines in a fresh light yellow. The nose is youthfully radiant with sparkling, bright aromas. On the palate, the wine is an elegant pleasure experience — fresh, balanced and with a fine spiciness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta and fish.
Vinification
The 100% Grüner Veltliner grapes come from Langenlois in Kamptal, grown on pure loess soil without gravel. The grapes were harvested by hand in mid-September 2024 and then pressed as whole grapes. Fermentation and maturation took place in steel tanks to preserve the freshness and clarity of the fruit.
