Willi Bründlmayer is one of the greats in the wine world. His winery in Langenlois in Kamptal has been one of the leading businesses in Austria for decades. And Willi Bründlmayer is also a visionary. He was one of the first in the region to use environmentally friendly farming methods a long time ago. The wines (Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zweigelt) are characterized by precision, elegance and depth. Grüner Veltliner Lamm has long been one of Austria's icons. Kammerner Lamm is one of the hottest locations in the wine-growing region, located at the south-eastern foot of the Heiligenstein. The grapes regularly ripen excellently here and thus form the basis for the Grüner Veltliner quintesses. The name lamb probably goes back to the dialect “loam” for clay and refers to the high amount of clay in the soil.
