Tasting note
This Grüner Veltliner delights with its delicate apple fruit and aromas of white fruits accompanied by a touch of blossoms and citrus zests. On the palate, the lively acid structure, the fruity and extremely mineral nature and the long finish are pleasing. A top Grüner Veltliner for the best hours of the year.

Goes well with starters, poultry, fish dishes, seafood, Austrian specialities such as boiled beef with horseradish, cold meat platters, ripe cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes for Hundspoint grow on loess soils in the famous Hundspoint location. Only just 4000 kg/hectare are read here. After a maceration period of 8 hours, fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks.
