This Dézaley Grottes des Moines Grand Cru - AOC Lavaux offers the ultimate in what can be extracted from the Chasselas grape. The nose reveals a classic wine aroma with subtle hints of flowers and herbs as well as a fine fruitiness. On the palate, a light note of butter heralds a large Chasselas wine that is both compact and opulent. A complex aroma develops over a distinctive structure. A long finale completes the overall impression.
