About the wine
The Grillo variety is mainly grown in Sicily. In the past, it was mainly used for the famous sweet wine Marsala. Dry vinified, it produces wines rich in extracts with a fresh citrus bouquet.

Tasting note
Brilliant light yellow color Inviting bouquet with delicate fruit and fresh citrus aromas. Clean and refreshing on the palate, rich but not too luscious. A lively wine with a harmonious finish and aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with seafood, crustaceans, fish dishes, fresh cheeses, light risotti and as an aperitif.
Vinification
80% of the aging takes place in steel tanks and 20% in barriques.
