About the wine
Grillo was created from a natural cross between the Catarratto and Moscato varieties. Catarratto provides structure and freshness, Moscato brings fruit. The variety has gained popularity in recent years and is one of the flagships of Sicilian viticulture.

Tasting note
Light yellow with golden reflections. Floral, paired with citrus notes and some acacia honey and black pepper. On the palate, it is very fruity and with fresh acidity and texture. The crisp nature typical of Grillo makes Voce di Lago a real good mood wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, many fish dishes, pasta with vegetables and seafood.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation with our own yeasts in steel tanks for 10 days at 17° C, aging on the yeast for six months followed by bottle aging. Organic farming.
