Grignolino d'asti DOC Garibaldi Mura Mura 2022 - Mura Mura

The Grignolino grape is not easy to grow and produces a low wine yield. This is because it has small berries with four or five seeds, so that a large part of the weight of the grapes goes into stems and seeds. With the Garibaldi, Mura Mura cultivates a modern style, as the light and drinky Grignolinos of the last century were fermented exclusively in steel tanks. The focus here is on fruit, structure and juicy tannin. Fascinating wine!
