Grenache Gris 2023 - Momento

Brilliant copper with orange reflections — incredibly intense aromatic nose with notes of strawberries, rhubarb, red apple peel and Turkish confectionery. The partial fermentation on the grape skins not only gives the wine its classic copper color, but also brings out aromas of ginger, fruit tea and cinnamon. A bright, juicy, extremely rich and rich wine, which, with its above-average complexity, is ideal as an accompaniment to equally distinctive dishes.
