Tasting note
Brilliant light yellow - floral, scented nose with notes of ripe stone fruit, sweet pears and exotic spices. On the palate, this wine is strong and with intense aromas, although its great texture, paired with a still youthful freshness, is particularly convincing, not to say beguiling. 30% of the wine was aged in terracotta amphorae.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fresh salads, seafood or light poultry dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
