About the wine
The bouquet is invitingly intense, fruity with ripe blackberries, spicy with aromas of bitter chocolate. Fresh, fruity start on the palate, nice fullness with present tannins, pleasant acidity and a long finish.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with mash contact for 12 days; acid degradation and aging for 8 months in barriques and large wooden barrels
