About the wine
We have a special, strong Grüner Veltliner from 2016 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous landscape aesthetics in Lower Austria, there is no way around this white wine, which the Austrian winery Gruber Röschitz masters with a keen sense of texture. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Grüner Veltliner with an aperitif or paella.

Tasting note
This Grüner Veltliner delights with its very fresh, fruity taste. The nose likes the aromas of ripe pears, lime elderberry and some exotic fruit. On the palate, it is very lively and playful with lots of fruit concentration and refreshing acidity. In the aftertaste, the fruit acid game plays again and a slight residual sweet touch is noticeable.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, light appetizers, grilled fish, mild cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes for classical music come from vines that grow on primeval soils and loess clay soils at various locations around Röschitz. After a cool fermentation at around 10° Celsius, the wine is aged in steel tanks.
