About the wine
The “pudding” surpasses previous editions thanks to a very easy aging in French oak. A wine that embodies the excellence of Greco di Tufo by combining complexity and freshness with the characteristic note of aging in French oak.

Tasting note
Straw yellow, bright color with golden reflections. The nose reveals rich notes of peach, loquat, cedarwood and ginger, spiced with elegant nuances of hazelnuts, mint, sage, white pepper, vanilla, chalk and herbal herbs.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with vegetables, delicious first courses, seafood, white meats and mild cheeses. A combination with paccheri alla carbonara with artichokes is recommended.
Vinification
9% of wine ages in French oak barrels for 4 months. Further aging in bottle for 12 months.
