Tasting note
Greco is one of the white grape varieties that the Romans had already cultivated. Salvatore Molettieri only produces a few bottles of Greco di Tufo, but they are remarkable! Mineral-rich grapes ripen on the volcanic soil, resulting in a finely aromatic, racy wine. The bouquet is characterized by floral notes, some citrus, an almost exotic aroma. On the palate, it appears racy, salty, with a pleasant length.
